Roche Urbanisation is a substantial
development of individually designed detached villas
with the added advantage of being very close to the
wonderful sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz. Walking
time from this villa to the beach is about 20 minutes
according to how you walk. There are two restaurants on
site, one situated on the headland overlooking the beach
and sea, serving a variety of local and international
dishes. The other is in the commercial area serving
very local cuisine.
Casa Margarita is situated in a very quiet cull de sac at the top end of Roche offering the best of both worlds being close to the exit and other facilities and yet a walk able distance to the beach.
The villa
has five double bedrooms including two master bedrooms
with ensuite bathrooms. The other three are twin bedded
with a further full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms can be made into triple rooms allowing up to 12 people to stay at the house.
There is a large lounge; fully
fitted kitchen with dining area and patio doors overlooking the garden. A front porch plus
a rear patio both with tables and chairs. The garden
is large and laid mainly to lawn with a fenced swimming pool
and patio area. Off road parking for two cars.
The house comes fully equipped with ample linen and
towels, china and glass etc.
