This villa is situated just off the perimeter road of the golf course and backs onto the 9 th fairway. It is in walking distance of the restaurant on site and in a quiet area of the urbanisation.
Blues Andaluces is set back from the road and is approached by a straight drive where there is ample parking in front of the house. You enter the house on the Westside through a glazed door to one of three lounge areas and then via a small eating/reading room with glass roof into the main part of the house. Open the main door and into the second lounge with dining area. From this central room you have access to two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom. There is also another small lounge with glazed doors to patio and garden. Circular stairs go to two further bedrooms on the first floor with a small box room and a further bathroom. The box room is small and would only be suitable for a cot or small Childs bed, but remember the stairs. An inner and outer door precedes a roof top patio /sundeck.
Back down the stairs to the central lounge area and into the fully fitted kitchen with everything you should require including the proverbial dishwasher. Out through the kitchen door to the completely walled pool area with large cover porch dining area and lots of tables and chairs etc. The pool and garden are maintained on a regular basis.
